Step 1: Curl your lashes and dot on a light layer of oil-free foundation or eye-shadow primer.
Step 2: Pull your lid up and line the rim with a jet-black waterproof pencil. Next, do the same to your lower lash line.
Step 3: Use the pencil to line right above your upper lash line. Then blend the color into your lashes with an angled brush.
Step 4: Place liquid liner over the pencil to make it stay put.
Step 5: Trace your finger on the upper lid crease to the bony part of your eye, then mark the spot with the liquid liner.
Step 6: Drag the liquid liner from the dot to the outer corner of your eye and thicken.
Step 7: Dab you lid with a creamcolored liquid shadow and place a metallic version above the crease line and inner corner. Finish with two coats of black mascara.
